ALMA Impact Consulting helps companies to manage and develop projects in the field of training and HR development.
The consultancy service is mainly aimed at SMEs and financial institutions that do not have the internal resources to carry out these tasks effectively and efficiently.
The service can be provided on a short-term basis (temporary management) or on a long-term basis (outsourcing), using the skills of experienced project managers to reduce costs and free up internal resources for core business activities.

Services include, for example:

• the identification, implementation and monitoring of training paths targeted at career plans (lifelong learning, talent and management development);
• design and implementation of courses and internal training;
• creation of learning management platforms for training management and employee development;
• coaching (individual and in groups)
