After studying Political Science at theat the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, I first worked in the Italian insurance sector and then I devoted fifteen years to continuing professional development in the financial and insurance sectors in Switzerland.

At the Centro di Studi Bancari, now Centro Studi Villa Negroni, I held the position of Project Manager in the Finance Area and the role of Thematic Referent in the Private and Social Insurance Area.

Over the years, I have specialised in Project Management in the educational field, obtaining the international certification Prince2. My passion for this sector, as well as my attention to the evolution of the training sector, have led me to obtain the Digital Trainer Certificate.

I speak fluently Italian and English.

In 2020 I co-founded ALMA Impact AG.
