Judith is the Managing Director of JuPantaRhei GmbH and has over 20 years’ experience in organisational development roles in multinational organisations in the insurance and financial sector, as well as in retail in Europe and the Asia Pacific region. Judith has extensive international experience in human resource development, training, coaching and recruitment. During this time Judith has established a wide variety of professional relationships, some of which are now strategic partnerships of JuPantaRhei.
Judith’s ability to quickly understand business needs and dynamics and ability to facilitate strategic conversations allows her to co-design and tailor initiatives that address strategically relevant topics effectively and efficiently. Judith was born in Germany, grew up in Italy, graduated in cultural economics from the University of Passau (Germany), has worked in Europe and Asia, is based in Switzerland and has worked in six languages.

Judith is an ICF certified coach and holds Hogan and MBTI certifications.
