Graduated cum laude (bilingual master’s degree) in Economics and Social Sciences from the University of Fribourg and guest student at Johannes Kepler Universität Linz, he entered the financial sector as an organiser and process analyst. Years of professional growth and valuable educational experiences, including a license in Organizer (SGO) and certifications PMP (PMI) and Business Continuity management (BSI) and, most recently, Auditor/Lead Auditor quality management systems ISO 9001 (ISO).

At AVALOQ, as Service Manager for Banking, he manages a portfolio of banks in Geneva and Liechtenstein. In 2011 he became Head of Operational Control and in 2016 Head of Process, Quality and Risk for the group.

Promoter, through various articles, of good corporate governance, he is also co-author of the book “Il process mapping in pratica”, published by Franco Angeli.

Since 2017, he has been project manager at the Canton Ticino Cantonal Police and owner of Talete consulting, as well as a speaker on organisational issues in both the private and public sectors.
